Club Information
Mission Statement
The Miami Valley Water Garden Society was founded to promote, create and
enlarge the hobby of water gardening and outdoor fish keeping; to disseminate
information about the above to the membership; to engage in educational and
social activities related to our purposes. The Miami Valley Water Garden
Society is a non profit organization.
Membership
The society is open to all ages with an interest in water gardening
and outside fish keeping. The annual membership fee is $20 per household for
a calendar year. Members joining after August 10th shall pay $10 for the
remainder of the calendar year. A printable membership application is available
Meetings
Meetings are held monthly January through October. In even
numbered months the meetings are on the 4th Wednesday the month at Cox Arboretum.
In odd numbered months the meetings are on the 4th Wednesday of the month at
Wegerzyn Gardens. Additional club activities are scheduled throughout the year
and include educational presentations, public pond tours, field trips, a picnic and a winter banquet.
